SCHALLOPON 4804

SCHALLOPON 4804 is an acidic ultrasonic cleaning agent for the last phase of control and coat-ready cleaning of mineral glass in the manufacture of glass for spectacles.

It can also be used to remove polishing agents based on cerium oxide from crystal and flat glasses (ultrasonic and immersion cleaning) and also in LCD and reflector production (last cleaning step).

SCHALLOPON 4804 can also be used to clean metal to remove metal oxides and rust.

Handling

Pursuant to hazardous goods legislation, SCHALLOPON 4804 is classified as “corrosive”.

We recommend the use of protective goggles and gloves when handling the product.

Storage

The minimum shelf life of SCHALLOPON 4804 is one year provided the drums are well sealed and the storagetemperature is between 5 and 40°C.
