ACECOOL 6498

ACECOOL 6498 is a fully synthetic high performance product which was specifically developed for the grinding of optical glass (ophthalmics and precision optics). Furthermore it can be used for lead crystal cutting.

Recommended use concentrations:

Ophthalmics: 3 – 5 %
(Processing with coarse and fine tools, diamond pads)

Precision optics: 3 – 7 %
(Sawing, grinding with coarse and fine tools, centering, flatting)

Crystal glass: 3 – 5 %
(sawing and drilling)

The recommended use concentration can be increased in case of need (e.g. to increase the feed speed or to prolong the redressing intervals). ACECOOL 6498 is free of silicone and nitrite.
