AC SEPAROL LG 110

AC SEPAROL LG 110 is an interleavant powder for use in the production of laminated glass. It is used instead of the spacers normally used to separate the glass in the autoclave. It is typically applied when producing architectural glass with identical formats. At the same time it acts as an interleavant powder after production.

Application

AC SEPAROL LG 110 is spread evenly onto the glass surface by help of a commercially available powder applicator. The recommended quantity is 200 - 400 mg/m². Packages of up to 40 mm can be packed. A distance of 10 – 15 mm should be kept between the packages. Due to the smaller distance between the glasses the conditions in the autoclave should be adapted accordingly (please contact supplier of autoclave).

AC SEPAROL LG 110 allows an easy destacking after the autoclave process and can remain on the glass for transporting.

Safety Advice

AC SEPAROL LG 110 does not need to be labelled in accordance with EC directives or respective national laws. Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice. Further advice is given in the Material Safety Data Sheet.

Storage

AC SEPAROL LG 110 has to be stored in well-closed containers. It has a shelf-life of minimum 1 year.
