AC SEPAROL – Separating Powder For Pending

During the bending process the glass sheets have to be separated correctly otherwise they will stick together and makes the glass unusable.

ACW has developed special powder for bending two glass pieces together mainly during the windshield production.

ACEKOTE – Separating Chalk

During the bending process there is always a risk of getting defects on the glass surface coming from the metal frame therefore ACW has a special chalk to prevent the sticking of the glass to the metal frame.

AC SEPAROL – Separating Powder For Autoclaving

During the Autoclave process the glass sheets have to be separated.

For this process ACW can offer different separating powders with and without anti-stain properties to increase the production capacity (e.g. 30 T instead of 22T).

Furthermore less breakage during autoclaving due to the higher stability compared to spacers.In addition it can be kept as transport and corrosion protection after the autoclave process.

The separating powder can stay and protects the glass during warehousing and transportation
