Use recommendation:

Removal of sealant residues based on polysulphide, polyurethane or silicone

With the aid of a razor blade, the biggest part of the adhering sealing compound is removed. ACEPOL R is spread onto the glass to be cleaned and moistened with some water. Then the sealant is polished off completely by means of a polishing felt or a manual polishing machine.

While even thicker residues of polysulphide and polyurethane can be removed without problems, silicone residue must be stripped very well before polishing.

For the cleanup of larger faces, a polishing paste can also be set up.

Mixing ratio:100 parts ACEPOL R : 130 parts water.

Handling

ACEPOL R does not need to be labelled in accordance with EC directives or respective national laws. For more safety information please see theMaterial Safety Data Sheet.

Storage

Stored in well closed containers at temperatures between 5 and 40 °C the minimum shelf-life of ACEPOL R is 1 year.
