IG Maintenance Products

Throughout an insulating glass factory ACW can offer special products to help having a trouble free production process:

ACESOLVE - Solvents

We can offer modern ‘Green’ solvents for Polysulfide, Polyurethan and Silicons.

Due to the high boiling point of our products it gives very low evaporation losses.

AC ISOCOOL – Freezer Liquids

Freezer and within the freezer liquid are mostly used during the manual production of IG units.

To prevent any losses by the sealant the sealing gun has to be frozen down to different temperatures (depending on the sealant) during the working break.

ACELUB – Bending Lubricant

During the bending and sawing process of spacer bars a lubricant has to be used to fulfill today demand.

We can offer a fast and completely evaporating lubricant for this process.

ACEPAREN – Separating Agent For Racks

After sealing the IG units the sealant needs a certaintime to get hard. Mostly these IG units are already placed on a storage rack for transport. Due to the fact that the sealant is not already hard it can stick to the bottom of the rack.

To prevent those losses ACEPAREN is painted onto the curing rack prior to units being placed upon to prevent the sealant adhesion.

ACEPAREN – Separating Agent For Machines

Another problem in the IG production is that the metal parts of the sealing machine become more and more dirty because of sealant residues. To prevent the sticking of butyl and sealants to the machines (e.g.extruder ) our separating agents has to be applied.

ACEPLAN – Smoothening Agent

Agent for smoothening the freshly sealed IG corners to avoid losses.
