ACENOL - Flocculants

During the grinding process of glass with the aid of diamond tools, small glass particles get into the grinding solution.

These glass fines are enriched and decrease the quality of the process.

For this reason, a non treated grinding solution has to be changed in short-term.

ACW Flocculants are used to reduce considerably the process costs (water, coolant and labour) since the grinding solution can be used up to one year.

ACW is offering a wide range of different flocculants in liquid, granulate or powder form.
