ACECOOL 5679

ACECOOL 5679 is a fully synthetic product for edge working, drilling and sawing of automotive, architectural and furniture glass as well as technical glass.

Furthermore it can be used for the following special applications:

  • processing of borosilicate glass (edge working, separating)
  • crystal and lead crystal (manual and automatic processing, version N)
  • processing of natural stones and gems (version N)
  • bevelling in special cases

Recommended use concentrations:

edge working, lead crystal: 2 %

sawing, drilling, bevelling: 3 – 5 %

natural stones and gems: 3 %

According to the requirements the use concentration may be increased (e.g. to increase feed speed, to improveedge quality). ACECOOL 5679 does not contain silicon and nitrite. It is virtually non foaming and shows a low COD.

Storage

Stored in well closed containers at temperatures between 5 and 40 °C the minimum shelf life of ACECOOL 5679 is 1 year.
