ACECLEAN 4923

ACECLEAN 4923 is a slightly alkaline product for manual cleaning of:

  • insulating glass (final inspection of uncoated glasses)
  • bent glass
  • glass panes which are too small or to big for the washing machine
  • racks, showcases made of glass or acrylic glass (e.g. Plexiglass)
  • displays
  • picture glazing
  • lighting glass
  • outdoor advertising acrylic glass

ACECLEAN 4923 dries off completely already after easy wiping without leaving streaks. When producing leaded lights, fluxes are adsorbed completely and can be removed without problems. Lead profiles can be cleaned well and become bright and shiny.

ACECLEAN 4923 is free of silicone and film-forming compounds which could detract further processing.

Application

ACECLEAN 4923 is applied on the glass surface as a thin film (e.g. by spraying). Then it is wiped away with a lint-free cloth or paper. Residues of the cleaner disappear stain- and streakfree. For a perfect cleanup don’t spray too large faces at the same time otherwise the glass cleaner might dry to fast.

Storage

Stored in well closed containers at temperatures between 5 and 40 °C the minimum shelf life of ACECLEAN 4923 is 1 year.
